Better to put positive pressure on Labor for better policies. That pressure will likely take the form of liberal policies on refugees from the Greens. A they will win many votes as a consequence. However, it would...I agree economic policy is key.<br /><br />However, it would greatly help the morale of many Labor members and supporters to see Bob Carr being expelled for his outrageous comments on refugees. <br /><br />Or has the Party become so depoliticised and spineless that it will tolerate almost any comment made by a leading member in the interests of unity and electoral gain.
